Hello, I’m Harold. I wanted to share a brief note about the space I’ve crafted here.
Our denomination has a quarterly publication, but I find its top-down approach limiting. For awhile John Longhurst’s blog addressed this need, but only somewhat as is it was limited to LGBTQ+ topics.
This is a space for dialogue where every Canadian Mennonite Brethren voice is valued. It’s an environment where congregants, lay leaders, church staff, and denominational leaders can share ideas and learn from each other.
I’ll step aside now and let you take the spotlight. Bring your curiosity and ideas.

Dear Harold, I’m really glad to see your website. I think this could be a fruitful vehicle for discussion for those who are currently, have been, or might become Mennonite Brethren. We need these forums that are on the edge of the inside, or on the outside with connections to the inside. This is where paradigms shift and space is created for new ideas to enrich the body of believers.
